Reno Straw Hat
Step 1: Find a cloth measuring tape or a length of string long enough that it can be wrapped around the circumference of your head.
Step 2: Looking in a mirror, begin measuring by wrapping the string or cloth tape around your head where a hat would comfortably sit. We suggest measuring about an inch above the brow, a finger width distance above the ear and across the most prominent point of the back of your head.
Step 3: Mark the point where the two ends of the string or tape join together. If using a string, lay flat against a measuring tape to get your measurement in inches or centimeters.
Step 4: Be sure to measure twice for accuracy and review our sizing chart to select the size that will best suit you. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
The Reno Straw is a warm weather version of a heritage form. Crafted with medium-structure paper braided straw, it provides 50+ UPF coverage and breathability. Decorated with a metal headwear plaque and grosgrain band.

If you select ground shipping your order will be processed within 1-2 working days before it is shipped. Orders placed with expedited shipping options and international orders will be shipped same-day or the next business day if placed after 12 pm. You may return unworn, unused merchandise purchased on brixton.com in its original packaging, tags included, within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund back to your method of payment used. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
UK Customers:
Please note that there is a unique return process for UK orders.
To process a return successfully, please send all return requests in an email to info.eu@brixton.com.
Please do not return your parcel to the Netherlands in any case.
We will provide you with the address of our UK warehouse to arrange the return.
There is no pre-paid return label sent with order.
You will need to contact us to receive information and instructions on how to successfully return any and all items. The customer is responsible for all fees incurred by the carrier at time of sending return to Brixton.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not available for online purchases. If a different size or color is desired, simply return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order for the item(s) you'd like.

There was several mix-ups and I'll be honest I was pretty unhappy but the customer service reps absolutely fixed my issue, and considered every aspect of my predicament like my time spent trying to have my issue fixed all the way to quickly sending me a replacement hat all while remaining very courteous and patient with an angry customer. This hat is beautiful but the color is not like the picture. I do like the color so I am not complaining but be aware. Otherwise the hat fits perfect and the price was great! It is definitely a 5 star hat!

Great hat. I don't assign the maximum score because it is darker than in the photo. It's not light, but it's an excellent product, the best straw hat I have. The service offered, in terms of speed in fulfilling the order and shipping ,it was excellent.
