Returns
EU Customers:
You may return unworn, unused merchandise purchased on brixton.com in its original packaging, tags included, within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund back to your method of payment used. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
UK Customers:
Please note that there is a unique return process for UK orders.
To process a return successfully, please send all return requests in an email to info.eu@brixton.com.
Please do not return your parcel to the Netherlands in any case.
We will provide you with the address of our UK warehouse to arrange the return.
There is no pre-paid return label sent with order.
You will need to contact us to receive information and instructions on how to successfully return any and all items. The customer is responsible for all fees incurred by the carrier at time of sending return to Brixton.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not available for online purchases. If a different size or color is desired, simply return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order for the item(s) you'd like.

Step 1: Find a cloth measuring tape or a length of string long enough that it can be wrapped around the circumference of your head.
Step 2: Looking in a mirror, begin measuring by wrapping the string or cloth tape around your head where a hat would comfortably sit. We suggest measuring about an inch above the brow, a finger width distance above the ear and across the most prominent point of the back of your head.
Step 3: Mark the point where the two ends of the string or tape join together. If using a string, lay flat against a measuring tape to get your measurement in inches or centimeters.
Step 4: Be sure to measure twice for accuracy and review our sizing chart to select the size that will best suit you. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Fabulous hat.
From the ease of ordering, to the speed the hat shipped and arrived to the overall look and quality of, this was a great experience all the way around. The hat is impeccably made, its fit is great, as someone that has a head that needs a 7 1/4 to size 8 hat depending on make, this one fits like a dream. The plaid look is stylish and really stand out, it also goes with a variety of clothing styles from casual to more professional. I am so happy with this hat, I will most likely be back to purchase the same style in black.
Nice hat, really unimpressed with sizing chart and return policy
I like the hat, it's got a really nice feeling brim and sturdy inner band. What I'm not happy about is the sizing chart is off by about a size. I did double check my head size against the Brixton sizing chart and ended up getting the XL, which was way bigger then I was expecting. I ordered the Large and this ended up being about perfect. I measured both hats and they measure a tiny bit larger then the sizing chart indicates. So basically if you're not lucky you have to pay an extra $8 return fee because Brixton's sizing chart for this hat is a little off. I still bought the hat twice though, because I like it.
