EU Customers:

You may return unworn, unused merchandise purchased on brixton.com in its original packaging, tags included, within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund back to your method of payment used. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

NOTE: Any product that is marked down in our SALE section(s) is not eligible for any refund or exchange. All sales are final.

UK Customers:

Please note that there is a unique return process for UK orders. To process a return successfully, please send all return requests in an email to info.eu@brixton.com. There is no pre-paid return label sent with order. You will need to contact us to receive information and instructions on how to successfully return any and all items. The customer is responsible for all fees incurred by the carrier at time of sending return to Brixton. 

Exchanges

Exchanges are not available for online purchases. If a different size or color is desired, simply return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order for the item(s) you'd like.
