This is a day in the life of a craftsman, skateboarder and father. Watch the video or read his story.

Craftmanship was definitely something I was born with. I always wanted to build and create and through skating I came up with the idea of expanding it further.
As a skater you use so many decks that afterwards are going to be destroyed. Giving something that’s not useful anymore a new life is the beauty of what I do.
Recycling skateboards is a lot of work and really a lot of hard work too. The process of removing griptape and especially the hours of grinding at the beginning make it tough sometimes.
What motivates me most is that every piece is unique. There are so many color variations in old decks and gluing the pieces together always makes a new color pallet.
When it comes to skating it often just takes longer to learn something new, but there’s definitely an overlap between creating something new and unique and improving your skateboarding skills to a perfect level.
