Returns
EU Customers:
You may return unworn, unused merchandise purchased on brixton.com in its original packaging, tags included, within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund back to your method of payment used. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
UK Customers:
Please note that there is a unique return process for UK orders.
To process a return successfully, please send all return requests in an email to info.eu@brixton.com.
Please do not return your parcel to the Netherlands in any case.
We will provide you with the address of our UK warehouse to arrange the return.
There is no pre-paid return label sent with order.
You will need to contact us to receive information and instructions on how to successfully return any and all items. The customer is responsible for all fees incurred by the carrier at time of sending return to Brixton.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not available for online purchases. If a different size or color is desired, simply return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order for the item(s) you'd like.

Love the bag
I’ve not used the Done Proper Fedora Travel Case yet, however, it’s very comfortable on the shoulder
Quite nice, but the leather is cream/beige not brown
Luckily another review drew my attention to look very closely at the photos. The true color of the leather straps and handles is shown in the last two photos. The first two photos showing a dark brown colored leather are not accurate and should be removed from the product advertisement. Aside from that, it’s a nice big sturdy hat box, I can fit 4 straw wide brimmed hats in it at least. (Check your hat measurements before buying as I did.) It has nice details like the straps that hold the top on can be unsnapped if you want to open the top all the way. There’s also an elasticized pouch in the top of the box which I imagine you could put small flat things in without smushing your hats. Since I ordered the light beige colored hat box, I bought water proofing and stain guard spray and applied it to the hat box. I hope this will help it sustain travel without getting dirty. The only way the hat box could be improved is if it came with a leather or elastic strap on the side that allowed you to slip it onto the handle of your suitcase or carry on luggage.
