Returns
EU Customers:
You may return unworn, unused merchandise purchased on brixton.com in its original packaging, tags included, within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund back to your method of payment used. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
UK Customers:
Please note that there is a unique return process for UK orders.
To process a return successfully, please send all return requests in an email to info.eu@brixton.com.
Please do not return your parcel to the Netherlands in any case.
We will provide you with the address of our UK warehouse to arrange the return.
There is no pre-paid return label sent with order.
You will need to contact us to receive information and instructions on how to successfully return any and all items. The customer is responsible for all fees incurred by the carrier at time of sending return to Brixton.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not available for online purchases. If a different size or color is desired, simply return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order for the item(s) you'd like.

Great fit!!
Best snap back I have found recently.
They had way more colours this winter. I have ordered 7 of them of different colours just in case they stop makng them. Please don't discontinue this hat. A good one is very hard to find.
Not for my fellow big heads
Love the quality and design. Got it in two colors. The fit is not for big headed people. I wear a 7-7/8 New Era Fitted for my massive melon head. 8 if I don't keep my hair faded on the sides. I had to put the snap back only on the last 2 posts. Really 1 snap fit better but then it would bend like a hinge. To aleviate that, I bought a hat stretcher to help break it in. I expect it to shrink if I hand wash it. The best solution is an inconspicuous snap back tab extender. Both products available on Amazon. For future quality control, Brixton, please give the plastic tabs a little more slack before they are sewn in. I can feel the tabs have a little more length on the other side of the stitch. That will help a little. Another innovation is to manufacture your own tab extender. You could make it a full wrap around with various Brixton logos.
