Returns
EU Customers:
You may return unworn, unused merchandise purchased on brixton.com in its original packaging, tags included, within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund back to your method of payment used. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
UK Customers:
Please note that there is a unique return process for UK orders.
To process a return successfully, please send all return requests in an email to info.eu@brixton.com.
Please do not return your parcel to the Netherlands in any case.
We will provide you with the address of our UK warehouse to arrange the return.
There is no pre-paid return label sent with order.
You will need to contact us to receive information and instructions on how to successfully return any and all items. The customer is responsible for all fees incurred by the carrier at time of sending return to Brixton.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not available for online purchases. If a different size or color is desired, simply return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order for the item(s) you'd like.

Step 1: Find a cloth measuring tape or a length of string long enough that it can be wrapped around the circumference of your head.
Step 2: Looking in a mirror, begin measuring by wrapping the string or cloth tape around your head where a hat would comfortably sit. We suggest measuring about an inch above the brow, a finger width distance above the ear and across the most prominent point of the back of your head.
Step 3: Mark the point where the two ends of the string or tape join together. If using a string, lay flat against a measuring tape to get your measurement in inches or centimeters.
Step 4: Be sure to measure twice for accuracy and review our sizing chart to select the size that will best suit you. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

I made a hat exchange close to the deadline, but it took a long time for the exchange to happen. I thought the hat I sent back was lost, but I got the hat I exchange for. It's a little loose that I want, but it's good.

Damaged item with zero support
As a first-time customer, I was genuinely excited to place an order with Brixton. I picked up two hats: the Field Proper Straw Hat and the Reno Fedora. While the Straw Hat arrived in perfect condition and I’m really happy with it, the Reno Fedora was a big letdown—it came with visible worn patches on both sides, looking more like a used or returned item than something brand new. I immediately reached out to Brixton’s customer service with photos and details. They responded fairly quickly at first, said they’d escalate the issue, and… that was it. I followed up again a week later, and now it’s been well over a week since that message—still no reply, no update, no resolution. As someone who was excited to try the brand for the first time, this has been really disappointing. The product quality on one item, combined with the lack of follow-through on the support side, makes it hard to recommend Brixton. If this is how issues are handled, I’d honestly be hesitant to order again. Hoping this feedback helps both the brand and other potential customers.
